The Salem Lady Varsity Volleyball Tigers earned their second straight win in two nights as they defeated Dixon Tuesday night in three straight sets: 25-13, 25-13 and 25-16. Salem is now 5-6 on the year and they will host Mountain Grove in SCA Conference play Thursday night following the JV match around 6:30 at the SHS Gym.

The Salem JV Lady Volleyball Tigers beat the Dixon JV Lady Bulldogs Tuesday in two sets: 25-12 and 25-16. The JV improved to 5-1 and they will take on Mountain Grove Thursday at 5:00 in the afternoon at the SHS Gym.

The St. Louis Cardinals went down by a pair of runs early in the first and couldn’t keep up with the San Francisco Giants as they dropped game two, 10-3. With the series tied up at one, game three will decide the series winner this afternoon, live on KSMO Radio with pregame coverage starting at 11:20 this morning.
