The Salem Football Tigers will be at Eldon Friday night to face the Mustangs at 7:00 in the first round of districts. The Tigers finished the regular season with a 3-6 record while Eldon was 5-4. Admission to this district game is $3.00 for adults, $2.00 for students and those 65 and older get in free! A reminder for all those who are going to Eldon for the game: The football stadium is located at the Eldon Middle School, NOT the high school.

The City of Salem Youth Basketball League registration will be held now through October 26th at the Salem Community Center@The Armory at 1200 West Rolla Road between 8:00 in the morning and 4:30 in the afternoon. The league is available for boys and girls from the 1st through the 6th grade. The 1st and 2nd grade teams will be co-ed. The games will be held at the Salem High School in December every Saturday starting on December 1st. The cost is $25 per player. The St. Louis Blues will be at the Enterprise Center Thursday night at 6:30 to face the Columbus Blue jackets. The game can be heard on KSMO Radio.
