The Salem Lady Varsity Volleyball Tigers fell to the Willow Springs Lady Bears Tuesday night at the SHS Gym in three straight sets: 17-25, 24-26 and 16-25. Salem falls to 6-15-1 and 0-3 in the SCA Conference with the loss. The Salem JV continues their good play as they beat the Lady Bears in two straight sets: 25-7 and 25-22. The Lady Tigers teams will host the Thayer Lady Bobcats in SCA Conference play Thursday night starting at 5:00 with the JV contest with the varsity match to follow. The Salem JV Football Tigers lost at Ava Monday night, 40-12. The JV will host Willow Springs on Monday, October 6th. Salem is 1-2 on the year.
