The Salem Baseball Tigers lost to the Ava Bears Tuesday at the SHS Field, 4-0. Salem had three hits in the game. Salem will play Cuba this afternoon at 4:30 at Cuba. Salem finished their SCA Conference with a 4-3 record and fall to 8-8 on the year. The game will not be heard on KSMO due to previous commitment.

The Salem Tigers Tennis team will play today at the School of the Osage in the team district final against Osage.

Harrison Bader hit a two-run inside-the-park- homer, but the St. Louis Cardinals lost to the Baltimore Orioles Tuesday night, 5-3. The Cards and Orioles play again tonight starting at 5:50 on KSMO Radio.

The Texas Rangers scored three runs in the 1st inning then built their lead to 6-1 before Kansas City scored three runs in the 7th inning, but could get no more and lost, 6-4. The Rangers and Royals play again tonight in Texas.

Vladimir Tarasenko scored a third period hat trick including two goals in 68 seconds to start the period that led the St. Louis Blues to a 5-2 win over the Minnesota Wild Tuesday night. Ryan O’Reilly and Brandon Saad also scored for St. Louis who will face the Wild in Game 6 in St. Louis Thursday night at 8:00 on KSMO Radio.
