The Healthy Dent County Fitness Center is excited to offer a Competitive Co-Ed Volleyball League that will play on Monday evenings beginning July 11th and lasting through August 29th at 6:30 at the Healthy Dent County Fitness Center Gymnasium. The cost per team is $200 and teams must have all team players listed that will be playing before league begins. The Healthy Dent County Fitness Center and Salem Community Center@The Armory are located at 1200 W. Rolla Road. Nolan Gorman hit two solo home runs and had two RBI singles going 4-4 as the St. Louis Cardinals beat the Milwaukee Brewers, 6-2. Four Cardinal relief pitchers threw six scoreless innings in the win. Juan Yepez and Nolan Arenado also drove in runs for the Cardinals who will play the Brewers play again tonight starting at 6:15 on KSMO Radio.

Shohei Ohtani hit two three-run homers, including a dramatic tying drive in the bottom of the ninth inning and drove in a career-high eight runs, but the Kansas City Royals beat the LA Angels of Anaheim in 11 innings, 12-11 banging out 14 hits in the game. Bobby Witt, Jr. had two homers in the game for the Royals. Kansas City goes for the sweep tonight at Anaheim.
