The St. Louis Cardinals have released their 60- game abbreviated schedule that will begin June 24th at home against the Pittsburgh Pirates. They will then be on the road at Minnesota on July 28th and 29th before going to Milwaukee at the end of July and first of August.

The Kansas City Royals will also open the shortened season on Friday, June 24th at Cleveland against the Indians. The Royals will then have a four game series in Detroit starting on Monday, July 27th.

The Kansas City Chiefs have announced that quarterback Patrick Mahomes has reportedly signed a 10-year, $450 million contract extension that could go to over $500 million with incentives. Mahomes, in his short career, has already won the MVP and Super Bowl MVP and he will now be with the Chiefs through the 2031 season.
