Salem Head Football Coach Lane Howard has announced that Salem Football Tiger Wide Receiver and Defensive Back Dawson Mock will sign his letter of intent this morning at the high school library to attend Evangel College to play football. Mock had 43 receptions for 761 yards and seven touchdowns in his two years playing offense for Salem. That is an average of 17.7 yards per game. On defense, Mock had 94 tackles playing three years of defense with 42 of those being solo. He also had eight interceptions in his Salem career. Congratulations Dawson!

The Willow Springs Bears took advantage of 29 Salem turnovers in the game to beat the Tigers Tuesday night, 51-38. Braiden Carmack had 18 points to lead the Tigers who will be at Thayer Friday night in another SCA Contest with the JV game at 6:00 with the varsity game starting around 7:15 on KSMO and ksmoradio.com

The Missouri Tigers will face Kentucky tonight at 6:00 in a game that was rescheduled from Tuesday night. You can hear the game on KSMO Radio beginning at 5:30. Missouri is 11-3 on the year and 5-3 in the SEC Conference. Also, the Missouri game with Alabama scheduled this Saturday night at 7:00 will be held Saturday morning at 11;00 with the pre-game show on KSMO starting at 10:30.

Ryan O’Reilly’s 3rd period goal proved to be the winner and Vince Dunn had a goal and an assist as St. Louis Beat Arizona Tuesday, 4-3. These two teams will play again Thursday night as KSMO will delay the start of the game until 9:00 following Lady Tiger Basketball.
