Vladimir Tarasenko scored two goals and added an assist as the St. louis Blues beat the Ottawa Senators Tuesday in Ottawa, 5-2. Brayden Schenn, Oskar Sundqvist and Robert Thomas also scored for the Blues who play the Montreal Canadiens Thursday night. The game will be delayed on KSMO Radio until 9:00 due to coverage of the Salem Tigers doubleheader Thursday at Houston with the Lady Tiger game at 6:00 followed by the boys’ varsity game.

The St. Louis Blues announced they have signed defenseman Robert Bortuzzo to a two-year extension.

The Arkansas Razorbacks dominated Missouri in the 1st half and cruised to a 76-57 win over the Tigers Tuesday night. Missouri is 10-15 overall and fall to 4-8 in SEC Conference play.

The Salem Tigers Boys Basketball team will play at Sullivan tonight against the Eagles starting with the JV game at 5:30. The games will be video streamed on KSMO Media and the varsity game heard on KSMO Radio. Salem enters the game with a 1 and 19 record on the year.

The City of Salem Spring Soccer regular registration has been extended to February 21st where the fee is still $25 per child 14 years of age and under. The new dates for the late registration will start on February 22nd and last through the 27th. You can signup your child at the Salem Community Center@The Armory or online.
