The Salem Boys Basketball Tigers lost to the Mountain Grove Panthers Tuesday night in SCA Conference play, 85-46. Bryson May had 14 points to lead Salem and Gunner Konkel netted 12 more in the loss. Salem is 6-17 overall and 2-4 in the SCA Conference. They will be at Ava Friday night.

The Salem Park and Recreation Department is offering Youth Soccer League sign-ups boys and girls from four years of age and under to boys and girls 14 and under. Registration will be held now through February 20th and the charge is $35. The Auburn Tigers outcscored the Missouri Tigers in the 1st half, 45-18 and cruised to an easy 89-56 win at Auburn. Sean East led Missouri with 14 points followed by DeAndre Gholston with 10 points. Missouri falls to 19-7 on the year and 7-6 in the SEC Conference. The Tigers will be back in action Saturday when they host the Texas A&M Aggies at 4:30.

Brayden Schenn scored two goals and Ivan Barbashev had a goal and two assists to lead the St. Louis Blues past the Florida Panthers Tuesday night, 6-2. Ryan O’Reilly, Jordan Kyrou and Nick Leddy also scored for the Blues who have scored six goals in two straight games. They will face New Jersey Thursday night at 7:30 on KSMO.
