The Sullivan Eagles scored unearned runs in the 3rd and 4th innings due to Salem errors and held on to beat the Tigers Tuesday in Salem, 2-1. Collin Heavin had two hits for the Tigers who fall to 5-6 on the year. Due to some rescheduling, Salem will now play Cabool at 3:00 today at Cabool. This will be a varsity contest only. The game will be streamed on ksmoradio.com starting around 2:45 until the Cards game ends and then will also be on KSMO Radio.

The Salem Lady Tigers Softball game with Mountain View-Liberty has been rescheduled again. The game will now be played at Cabool Wednesday after the Lady Tigers-Cabool Lady Bulldog game that starts at 4:30. Salem enters the two games with a 5-5 record and 2-3 in the SCA Conference. Salem has lost their last three games.

The SCA Tennis meet will be held this morning at Willow Springs at 10:00.

The SCA Conference Golf Tournament will be this morning at 10:00.

The St. Louis Cardinals had only three hits and fell to the New York Mets Tuesday, 3-0. The Cards and Mets play this afternoon. You can hear the game on KSMO starting at 11:20.

The Kansas City Royals shutout the Chicago White Sox Tuesday, 6-0 to end their four-game losing streak. The Royals and White Sox will play again tonight in Chicago.

The St. Louis Blues consecutive point streak ended against the Colorado Avalanche Tuesday night as Colorado jumped out to a 4-1 lead and held on after a late Blues rally to win, 5-3. The final regular season Blues game will be Friday night against Las Vegas.
