The Salem JV Football Tigers traveled to Mountain Grove Monday night and were shutout by the Panthers, 14-0. Salem is now 4-3 on the season.

The Salem Lady Volleyball Tigers beat Plato last night in two straight games at the SHS Gym: 24-18 and 25-11. The JV also won in two straight: 25-17 and 25-20. Salem is now 8-14 on the season and they will be at Ava for SCA Conference action tonight starting at 6:00 with the JV game followed by the varsity match. Salem is 1-3 in the SCA Conference.

The City of Salem Youth Basketball League registration will be held now through October 26th at the Salem Community Center@The Armory at 1200 West Rolla Road. The league is available for boys and girls from the 1st through the 6th grade. The 1st and 2nd grade teams will be co-ed. The games will be held at the Salem High School in December every Saturday starting on December 1st. The cost is $25 per player.
