The Boston Bruins scored twice late in 3rd period to break a 1-1 tie and beat the St. Louis Blues Monday night, 3-1. It was the Blues seventh straight loss. Brayden Schenn scored the only Blues goal. The Blues are in Philadelphia tonight to face the Flyers. The pre-game show tonight will begin at 5:30 with broadcast of the game to follow at 6:05 on KSMO AM 1340 and FM 95.7.

Kobe Brown scored 20 points and pulled down 14 rebounds as Missouri had six players in double figures as they beat the Southern Indiana Screaming Eagles, 97-91. The Tigers will host the Penn Quakers Friday night.

The St. Louis Cardinals announced their 2023 Major League coaching staff Sunday with five newly filled positions announced. New to their positions on the 2023 staff will be Cardinals Hall of Famer and former outfielder Matt Holliday as Bench Coach, Dusty Blake as Pitching Coach, and Turner Ward as Hitting Coach. In addition, Brandon Allen, a member of the Cardinals Minor League coaching staff, has been named Assistant Hitting Coach, and Julio Rangel, most recently a member of the Boston Red Sox staff, has been named Assistant Pitching Coach and Bullpen Coach.

The Missouri Football Tigers face Tennessee Saturday in conference play. Missouri enters the game with 4-5 overall record and 2-4 in the SEC Conference. Tennessee is ranked #5 and are 8-1 overall and 4-1 in the Conference. The game can be heard on KSMO at 11:00 Saturday morning.
