The Salem Boys Basketball Tigers advance to the District Semi-final Wednesday night against Sullivan with a convincing win over St. Clair Monday night, 53-38. Gunnar Konkel led Salem with 18 points followed by Levi Smith with 16 points. Game time Wednesday is 7:00.

The Salem Lady Tigers Basketball team will play Owensville in district play in Sullivan tonight at 5:30. Admission to the game is $5.00 per person for those six years of age and older. The game will be video streamed on MSHSAA.TV and there is a cost of $10 per game, per stream for each device. The game can also be heard on KSMO Radio starting with Tiger Talk about 15 minutes prior to each broadcast

The Licking Lady Wildcats beat Mansfield Friday night at Houston in the Class 3, District 10 championship game. They improve to 23-4 on the year and they will play Steelville Wednesday night at 6:00 at the Gibson Arena on the campus of Missouri S&T. The Lady Cardinals enter the game with a 19-9 record. The cost of admission is $7.00 per person.

Congratulations to the four Bunker Eagles who were named to the Class 1, District 3 All-District Tournament team. Representing the Lady Eagles was Kaitlyn Belk, while Blake Mathis, Cade Sutton and Jayden Bullock represented the boys. The Missouri Tigers, who have lost five games in a row, will travel to South Carolina to face the Gamecocks tonight at 5:30. Missouri enters the game with a 10-19 record overall and 4-12 in the SEC Conference.
