The Salem Boys Basketball Tigers will travel to Willow Springs to face the Bears in SCA play tonight with the JV game at 6:00 with the varsity game starting around 7:15 on KSMO and ksmoradio.com

A 15-0 run to start the 2nd quarter propelled the Salem Lady Tigers to a 67-59 win over the Lady Eagles of Mountain View-Liberty Monday night.
Savannah Manthey scored 16 points to lead the Tigers followed by Bella Jadwin with 15 points and 12 more for Tatum Hatridge. The Lady Tigers are now 12-7 on the season and 3-1 in the SCA Conference. The Missouri Tigers game with Kentucky has been rescheduled for Wednesday night at 6:00. You can hear the game on KSMO Radio beginning at 5:30 Wednesday. Missouri is 11-3 on the year and 5-3 in the SEC Conference.

The St. Louis Blues host the Arizona Coyotes tonight at the Enterprise Center. KSMO Radio will delay the start of the game until 9:00.

The St. Louis Cardinals announced Monday night that they have completed a six-player trade with the Colorado Rockies, acquiring five-time National League All-Star third baseman Nolan Arenado and $50 million dollars cash considerations in exchange for left-handed pitcher Austin Gomber, infielder Elehuris Montero, right-handed pitcher Tony Locey, infielder Mateo Gil and right-handed pitcher Jake Sommers. Arenado will retain his player option for the 2022 and 2023 seasons, and he has also agreed to a one-year contract extension for 2027 that would extend his contract to seven years in length.
