The Salem Football Tigers will be at Blair Oaks Friday night at 7:00 in the 2nd round of District football play. Salem enters the game with a 7-3 record while Blair Oaks is 10-0. Admission to the game is $5.00 per person, six years of age and older. If you can’t make it to the game, you can hear it on KSMO Radio.

The City of Salem Youth Basketball late signups for boys and girls in grades 1 through 6 are going on now at the Salem Community Center @ The Armory at 1200 West Rolla Road. The cost is $35 per player through this Friday. Forms are available at the Healthy Dent County office. Most games will be played at the Salem High School Gym. Teams for the 1st and 2nd graders will be co-ed. Games will be played starting December 7th and finishing up on the 28th at the Salem High School Gym.

Alex Petrangelo had a goal and two assists as the St. Louis Blues scored two power play goals and one shorthanded goal in beating Edmonton, 5-2 for their sixth straight win. Robert Thomas, Jaden Schwartz, Ivan Barbashev and Tyler Bozak also scored for the Blues who will be in Calgary Saturday night for a game that can be heard on KSMO Radio starting at 9:30 due to the Missouri Football game.

The Missouri Football Tigers will play at Georgia Saturday starting on KSMO Radio at 5:00 with the pre-game show. Missouri is 5-3 on the year.
