Congratulations to senior basketball player Cade Sutton of Bunker who was not only named to the Class 1, District 3 All-District team and named the District Player of the Year, but he has also earned Class 1 All-State Honors and was also named as the Class 1 Co-Player of the Year along with Martez Burse of South Iron! Other Bunker Eagles honored with an All-District selection for the boys were seniors Jayden Bullock and Romello Henderson, while senior Kaitlyn Belk and freshman Kinsey Barton were named to the Class 1, District 3 All-District team. Congratulations on your achievements!!

The Salem Lady Softball Tigers softball game at Stoutland this afternoon has been postponed.

Due to impending weather, the Salem Boys Baseball Tigers game against Ellington today has been moved to 2:30 this afternoon at the SHS Baseball Field Complex. If played, the game can be heard on KSMO Radio and video streamed on KSMO Media.

The Salem Tiger tennis match at West Plains will be starting at 3:00 in an attempt to finish the match before the forecasted rain begins.

The St. Louis Blues will play Detroit again tonight at 6:00 on KSMO Radio.

St. Louis pitchers gave up seven hits and Miami pitchers gave up five hits as the Cardinals and marlins played to a 0-0 tie. The Cards play the New York Yankees today.

Kansas City beat the Chicago White Sox Wednesday, 4-3. The Royals had lost five of their last six games after being the hottest team in Spring Training. They are 17-10 on the spring and will play San Diego today.
