Carter Hutton made 35 saves, Scottie Upshall and Alex Pietrangelo scored and the St. Louis Blues snapped a seven-game losing streak with a 2-1 victory over the Detroit Red Wings on Wednesday night. The Blues will be at Dallas Saturday afternoon and you can hear the game on KSMO delayed until Saturday night due to Cards baseball and Missouri Basketball.

The St. Louis Cardinals scored 8 runs in the 7th inning to erase a 9-1 deficit and scored the winning run in the 8th inning as they beat Baltimore, 10-9 Wednesday. The Cards are now 3-3 in Spring Training. The Cardinals will play Baltimore this afternoon.

The Kansas City Royals scored as run in the bottom of the 9th inning to edge the Cincinnati Reds yesterday in Arizona, 3-2. The Royals will play Seattle this afternoon. The Royals improve to 4-0-1 during spring training.

LATE registration ends Friday for the City of Salem Youth Soccer League. You can signup your children aged 14 and under now for $35 per child. Signups are being held at the Salem Community Center @ The Armory at 1200 West Rolla Rd. The league will begin on Saturday, April 7th at the Al Brown multipurpose field and last until April 28th.
