The Salem Basketball Tigers game with Rolla Wednesday was postponed due to the weather and was rescheduled for Friday at 5:30 at the St. James Gym.

The St. Louis Cardinals announced they have agreed to terms with free-agent catcher Matt Wieters on a one-year contract for the upcoming 2020 season. They also want to congratulate former Cardinal Larry Walker for being elected into the Baseball Hall of Fame on Tuesday. Walker played a 1 1/2 seasons for St. Louis helping them to the 2004 World Series.

The NHL All-Star Fan Fair begins today at Union Station in St. Louis and will last through Sunday night. Besides the skills competition and All-Star competition, there will be a free concert by O.A.R. to headline the NHL All-Star Friday Night red carpet event. On Saturday, Green Day will have a free concert before the game and there will be watch party at Winterfest at Keiner Plaza.
