The St. Louis Cardinals played the second game of three versus the Tampa Bay Rays yesterday evening. In a game that had no home runs by either team the Cards would score 5 times on 9 hits and hold the Rays to scoring only twice on 8 hits. The Kansas City Royals avoided getting swept by the Boston Red Sox last night with a 8-4 victory. Bobby Witt Jr. hit two home runs, and had a two run double on the night.
