The St. Louis Cardinals played the Milwaukee Brewers yesterday. The Cardinals would score first in the fourth inning on a Tommy Pham sacrifice fly, and Masyn Winn single, going up 2-0. Over the course of the next two innings the Brewers would tie the game at two, then moving up two runs by the seventh. Luken Baker responded with a two run home run tying the game up again. By the end of the ninth, the Cards would battle back from a two run deficit and force extra innings where, in spectacular fashion, Nolan Arenado would hit a walk off grand slam home run for the win, 10-6. Game three is this afternoon with pregame at 12:20 and first pitch at 1:15. You can listen to this game live on KSMO 1340 AM or on 95.7 FM.
The Kansas City Royals played the Los Angeles Angels yesterday, shutting them out 3-0. The Royals have the day off today.
