The Salem Tigers Golf Team will host the Salem Invitational starting at 9:00 this morning. The Salem Tiger Tennis Team will be at Mountain View-Liberty this afternoon at 4:00.

Yadier Molina hit his 3rd homer of the year and drove in two runs, while Carlos Martinez went 8 1/3rd shutout innings giving up four hits and striking out 10 as the Cardinals beat Milwaukee, 6-0. The Cardinals home opener will be held this afternoon with the pre-game show starting at 4:40 IF the Salem Baseball game is not played. Otherwise, the Cards game will be joined after Salem Tigers Baseball in progress.

The Kansas City Royals game with Detroit yesterday afternoon was postponed due to bad weather. The game will be made up as part of a day-night doubleheader in Detroit on April 20th. The Royals will be off today.

Duncan Keith scored a power play goal with just over 8 seconds left to cap a three goal comeback by Chicago as they beat the Blues, 4-3 in a huge loss that could dampen the Blues playoff chances. The St. Louis Blues will complete the home-and-home series Friday night in Chicago on KSMO at 7:00.
