The Salem Baseball Tigers are scheduled to play a double header today in the Dora Tournament on facing Dora at 3:30 and Alton at about 5:30. Salem will then play a cross bracket game on Friday. KSMO Radio will not broadcast the tournament games. Salem enters the tournament with a 5-7 record.

The Salem Tigers Track Teams will be at the Ava Invitational starting at 4:00 this afternoon.

Michael Wacha struck out seven over six innings, allowing two runs and five hits to improve to 6-0 career against the Brewers as the Cardinals beat Milwaukee, 6-3. Marcell Ozuna and Matt Carpenter homered for the Cardinals, while Paul DeJong went 4 for 5 to lead the 15-hit attack. The Cardinals will have the day of today before coming home to take on the New York Mets Friday night, Saturday afternoon and Sunday afternoon.

Hunter Dozier connected leading off the 10th inning for Kansas City leading them to a 4-3 win over the Chicago White Sox Wednesday. The Royals will start a four game series tonight at New York against the Yankees.

Kyle Connor scored at 6:02 of overtime and the Jets beat the St. Louis Blues 2-1 to tie their best-of-seven Western Conference series at two games apiece. Vladimir Tarasenko scored and Jordan Binnington made 37 saves for the Blues. Game 5 will be at Winnipeg tonight and you can hear the game on KSMO starting at 7:00.
