Gunnar Konkel scored 29 points, Bryson May added 20 more and Kaiden Gately had 11 points and ten rebounds to lead Salem past Dixon Friday night, 67-48. The JV also won 52-35 and the Freshman Tigers made it a sweep with a 42-37 win. The Salem Boys and Girls Tigers will host the Cat Classic tomorrow against Licking starting at 4:00 at the SHS gym.

The Salem Lady Basketball Tigers lost to California in the Vienna Shootout Saturday morning, 71-38.

Pavel Buchnevich scored two goals and had five points to lead the St. Louis Blues to a 6-2 win over Anaheim Saturday night, their sixth straight win. The Blues and Ducks play again tonight at 6:30 with the pre-game show followed by the play-by-play at 7:00 on KSMO AM 1340 and 95.7 FM.

Brady Cook was 19-27 passing for 251 yards and three touchdowns as the Missouri Tigers pounded New Mexico State Saturday night, 45-14. The Tigers improve to 5-6 on the year and will host Arkansas regular season finale. They must win the game to be bowl eligible this year.

The Missouri Basketball Tigers go to 5-0 with a dominating second half as they beat Mississippi Valley State Sunday, 83-62. Missouri plays Coastal Carolina Wednesday.

Patrick Mahomes hit Travis Kelce with a 16-yard pass in the end zone with 31 seconds left to give Kansas City a 30-27 win over San Diego Sunday in a come from behind win. It was Kelceā€™s third touchdown of the game. The Chiefs are 8-2 on the year and they will play the LA Rams Sunday afternoon.
