Quarterback Dylan Hair threw for two touchdowns and ran for two more as the Blair Oak Falcons jumped out to a 34-0 1st quarter lead and cruised to a 48-0 win over the Salem Tigers Friday night at Blair Oaks in the second round of Class 3 District 5 play. The Tigers finished the season with a 7-4 record.

David Perron scored in overtime on a power play Saturday after the St. Louis Blues surrendered a two-goal lead i9 the 3rd period to defeat the Calgary Flames, 3-2. It was the 7th straight win for St. Louis. Also scoring for the Blues was Jaden Schwartz and Alex Petrangelo as they will be home to face the Arizona Coyotes Tuesday night at 6:30 on KSMO.

The Georgia Bulldogs shutout the Missouri Football Tigers Saturday night 27-0. Missouri could only muster 198 yards of offense on the night and fall to 5-4 on the year. The Tigers are 5-4 on the year and they will host Florida Saturday at 11:00 on KSMO Radio.

The Missouri Basketball Tigers improved to 2-0 after beating Northern Kentucky Friday, 71-56. Their next game will be Tuesday night against Xavier starting at 6:00 at the Mizzou Arena.

Harrison Butker’s 5th field goal attempt was blocked as time expired as the Tennessee Titans grabbed the lead with 23 seconds left on a pass to Adam Humphreys from Ryan Tannehill and beat the Kansas City Chiefs Sunday, 35-32. Patrick Mahommes was 36 of 50 for 446 yards and three touchdowns. The Chiefs are now 6-4 on the year and they will play Monday, November 18th at San Diego.

The St. Louis Cardinals have given President of baseball operations John Mozeliak and Manager Mike Schildt three-year contract extensions. Mozeliak will be under contract until 2024 and Manager Mike Schildt under contract through 2022.
