The Healthy Dent County Fitness Center announces they will be holding a Barrebody Fitness Class in July beginning on Monday, July 2nd. This class is designed to define your physique improving posture, flexibility and coordination. The Monday and Thursday classes will be held at 10:00 in the morning each day with the Saturday classes being held at 9:00. The class is a 45 minute class taught by Alex Major, a Certified Barrebody Instructor. The cost is $5.00 per class per person to participate. Those interested in the class can pay at the door. Luke Weaver settled in after a shaky first inning to win for the first time in eight starts and Jose Martinez hit a three-run homer to pace the St. Louis Cardinals to an 8-2 victory over the Milwaukee Brewers on Sunday. Weaver, now 4-6 on the year, allowed two runs on five hits in 5 2/3 innings. He struck out a season-high nine and walked two for his first victory since May 11. Dexter Fowler had two doubles in the game and Harrison Bader was on base four times and drove in a run. Matt Carpenter had a two-run single for St. Louis who split this series with Milwaukee and finished their seven game road trip with a 3-4 record. John Gant opens the three-game series against Cleveland starting tonight in St. Louis.

After winning a tight ballgame Friday night, the Royals dropped the final two games of their three game set with Houston, losing Sunday, 11-3. Yuli Gurriel hit a grand slam in Houston’s eight-run second inning, helping Gerritt Cole get his 9th win of the year. Jason Hammel was tagged for nine runs, matching his season high, and walked five in four innings. He is 2-9 on the year. Kansas City dropped to 3-18 in June. Brad Keller will face the LA Angels of Anaheim this afternoon in Kansas City in a makeup game.
