John Gant (3-3) picked up the win with four hitless innings of relief. Tommy Pham had two hits and two RBI for the Cards who are off for the All-Star Break.

Daniel Palka and Yoan Moncada each homered and Lucas Giolito tossed two-hit ball into the seventh inning, lifting the Chicago White Sox to a 10-1 victory over the struggling Kansas City Royals on Sunday. The Royals will be off until Friday when they host Minnesota.
