The Salem Baseball Tigers will host Houston today in another key SCA Conference game at the SHS Baseball Field Complex. The Tigers are 6-10 on the year and 4-1 in the SCA. That game can be heard on KSMO Radio and online at ksmoradio.com.

The Salem Golf team will be at Mountain Grove for the SCA Conference Tournament at starting at 10:00 this morning.

The Salem Tennis Team will be at Lebanon today starting at 4:00. Salem is 5-2 on the season.

Tyler O’Neil homered twice and Jack Flaherty went seven innings giving up a run on three hits as St. Louis swept the weekend series from Cincinnati with a 5-2 win Sunday. The Cardinals won in a rain delayed game Saturday, 2-0 behind John Gant, and a 5-4 win Friday night. The Cardinals will start a four-game series with Philadelphia tonight at 6:45 on KSMO Radio or right after Salem Tiger Baseball.

Ryan O’Reilly scored a hat trick as the St. Louis Blues rallied from a 2-0 first period deficit and beat the Colorado Avalanche Saturday afternoon, 5-3. The Blues are still one point out of a playoff spot behind Arizona. The Blues will Colorado again tonight at 6:00. KSMO will broadcast the dame on delayed basis starting around 9:30 after Cardinal baseball.

Danny Duffy threw five innings of shutout ball and three relievers finished the shutout as Kansas City beat Detroit Sunday, 4-0. The Royals also won on Saturday, 2-1 and won the first game of the series Friday, 6-2. Kansas City will go the four-game sweep tonight in Detroit.
