The Salem Lady Volleyball Tigers will participate in the West Plains Showdown Tournament on Saturday.

The Salem Tiger Varsity Football Tigers will host Houston Saturday night at 7:00 in their first SCA Conference game of the year. Salem enters the game with a 1-1 record and Houston is 0-2. The game will be broadcast live on KSMO Radio (AM 1340 and FM 95.7) and video streamed on KSMO Media (ksmoradio.com, KSMO Stream Facebook Page and the KSMO YouTube Page) starting around 6:35 with Tiger Talk and Coach Neal Myers. Salem has lost five straight games to Houston. 

Coming off a 3 sets to 1 loss against Couch on Tuesday, the Bunker Lady Volleyball Eagles fell in three straight sets to the Arcadia Valley Lady Tigers Thursday at the Bunker High School Gym. The Lady Tigers won 25-14, 25-23 and 25-15 to improve to 2-4 on the year. With the loss, Bunker falls to 1-5 on the year. They will be at Bismarck Tuesday starting at 5:00 with a varsity and JV contest.

The St. Louis Cardinals start their final homestand of the season tonight as they host the Chicago White Sox. The pregame show tonight on KSMO Radio will begin at 5:40 which will includes a special salute to the 2006 World Series Champion Cardinals team. The game Saturday will be delayed on KSMO and will include the Cardinals Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and heard after the Salem Tiger Football game at about 9:30. Sunday’s game will begin at 12:20 on KSMO Radio.
