The Salem Football Tigers will be at Sullivan in the first round of Districts starting at 7:00 tonight. Salem enters the game with an 0-9 record while Sullivan is 7-2 on the year. The Eagles fell from the #1 seed and a bye due to a loss to St. Clair early in the year. Admission to the game is $6.00 for anyone six years of age and older. The game can be heard on KSMO AM 1340 & 95.7 FM and audio streamed on ksmoradio.com and the KSMO Stream Facebook page. The game will be video streamed on MSHSAA.TV and there is a $10 charge to view the game with a 60-cent service charge. The broadcast will begin around 6:45 starting with Tiger Talk with Stan Stevens and Coach Bryson Barnes.

Roman Josi had a goal and two assists to lead the Nashville Predators past the St. Louis Blues Thursday night, 6-2. Robert Thomas and Brayden Schenn scored for the Blues, who have now lost three straight games. St. Louis will play the Montreal Canadiens Saturday night right after Missouri Tiger Football around 6:00 on KSMO Radio.

The Missouri Football Tigers will be at South Carolina Saturday to face the 25th ranked Gamecocks at 3:00 on KSMO Radio. Missouri is 3-4 on the year while the Gamecocks are 5-2. Missouri is 1-1 in the SEC Conference while South Carolina is 2-2.

St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Adam Wainwright agreed to a one-year contract for the 2023 season. Feeling as if he still has something left to prove following an uncharacteristically subpar final six weeks of the 2022 season, the 2023 season will be Wainwright’s last. He is five wins shy of 200 wins in his career.
