The Salem Football Tigers will host Mountain View-Liberty tonight at 7:00 at the SHS Football Field. Salem enters the game with a 4-3 record and 3-2 in the SCA Conference. The Eagles come into the game with a 5-2 record and 4-1 in the SCA. Vouchers for the game are available at the high school office on a first come, first serve basis. The Salem Lady Softball Tigers beat Owensville in 8 innings, 9-5 in the District Semi-final and will face the Sullivan Lady Eagles today at 5:00 in the District Championship. The cost of admission is $5.00 for anyone six years of age and older. Salem is 14-8 on the year.

The Salem Lady Volleyball Varsity Tigers fell in three games at Ava Thursday night while the JV lost in three games. The Lady Volleyball Tigers will participate in the Sparta High School Invitational tomorrow. The JV will play in the Mountain View JV Invitational Saturday.
The Salem varsity is 3-18 and 2 on the year.

The St. Louis Blues have agreed to terms with defenseman Torey Krug to a 7-year contract worth $45.5 million. The 29-year old Krug has spent his entire National Hockey League career with the Boston Bruins. He has played in 523 NHL games while recording 337 points (67 goals, 270 assists). Krug was signed to replace Alex Pietrangelo who signed with Las Vegas as a free agent.

The Vanderbilt at Missouri football game this Saturday has been postponed and has been tentatively rescheduled for December 12th.
