Today is the last day that the City of Salem Parks and Recreation Department is offering baseball, softball and T-Ball signups for $25 per child. Signups will continue next week, but the charge will be $35 per child. Stop by the Salem Community Center@ The Armory to sign up, call Salem Park and Recreation Director Melissa Dubois at 729-6290 for more information or e-mail her at salemparks@salemmo.com. Should the summer ball season have to be postponed, registrants would receive all their money back.

The St. Louis Cardinal Classic Radio Series will continue tonight with the National League Championship Series of 2011 against the Milwaukee Brewers. Game 3 of the best of seven series will be at 6:15 on KSMO Radio. Game 4 will be heard Saturday evening at 6:00 and Game 5 will be Sunday at 12:00 noon on KSMO Radio. Last night, St Louis won, 12-3.
