The Stoutland Lady Tigers took advantage of 26 Salem turnovers and erratic shooting to beat Salem Thursday night at the SHS Gym, 58-46. Stoutland netted eight 3-pointers while Salem could only hit one. Salem was led in scoring by Clara Ball with nine points followed by Abby Terrill with eight more. Salem is now 8-7 on the year and they will host the Lady Whippets of Ellington tonight with a varsity only game at 5:30. The Salem Tigers Freshmen Boys Basketball team beat Pacific Wednesday in the Owensville Freshman Tournament, 44-11. They will be in Owensville tonight to face the Dutchman starting at 5:00.

The Salem Boys Basketball Tigers will be at Owensville this evening with the JV contest beginning at 6:15 with the varsity contest starting near 7:30. The JV enters the game with a 7-4 record while the varsity is 11-7 on the year. The Dutchmen JV is 3-5 going into the game and the varsity is 8-7 on the season. The contest will NOT be heard on KSMO Media due to the airing of the Salem Lady Basketball Tigers game with Ellington.

The Bunker Varsity Basketball Eagles will be at Festus to face the Tigers tonight starting around 7:00. Bunker enters the game with a 19-0 record and Festus is 13-4 on the year. Prior to the varsity game, the Bunker JV will take on the Festus JV starting at 5:30.

The St. Louis Blues had a wild game versus the Florida Panthers last night that had a little bit of everything, even some rare non-overtime 3 on 3 hockey! After the first two periods with a combine eight goals scored the Blues and Panthers were tied up at four. In the third, a single Jimmy Snuggerud snap shot goal with only 7.6 seconds left secured the 5-4 victory for St. Louis. The Blues will host the Columbus Blue Jackets Saturday night on KSMO Radio with the preskate coverage to start at 5:30.

The Missouri Tigers will host the Mississippi State Bulldogs on KSMO Radio Saturday afternoon with pregame coverage starting at 2:00.
