In Wednesday’s Your World Today, we mistakenly identified the Bunker Boys Basketball’s Head Coach as Marcus Gorman instead of Rod Gorman. We apologize for the error. We again want to congratulate the Bunker Varsity Boys and Girls Teams for winning their respective holiday tournament championships! We also have added the Bunker Lady Eagles game with East Carter Monday afternoon at 5:30 to the KSMO Media broadcast calendar. That game will be video streamed on ksmoradio.com, KSMO Stream Facebook Page and the KSMO YouTube Page. There is no charge to video stream the game.

The Salem Varsity Boys Basketball Tigers will be hosting the School of the Osage Indians tonight at 7:20 starting with Tiger Talk and Coach Jared Patterson. You can listen to this game live on KSMO Radio 1340 AM & 95.7 FM as well as live streamed on KSMO Media. Prior to the varsity game, the Salem Freshman Boys Basketball Tigers will play the Freshman Indians at 5:00 followed by the Salem JV Basketball Tigers game with Osage around 6:15. During the JV halftime game the R-80 Middle School Boys Basketball teams will be recognized. Prior to the Varsity game there will be recognition for the Courtside Heroes, this includes individuals that have supported Salem student athletes. During the varsity halftime game there will be recognition of the 2025 State Champion Travel Basketball team.

The St. Louis Blues and the Colorado Avalanche played the last game of 2025 in Denver Wednesday evening. The first period wasn’t even five minutes old and the Avalanche were up on the Blues 4-0. Outside of a Dalibor Dvorsky goal it the third it was all Colorado as they defeated St. Louis, 6-1. The Blues will look to start off the new year with a victory over the Vegas Golden Knights in the Enterprise Center at 2:00 this afternoon. The Mizzou Tigers will be back on the court this Saturday night to host the 22nd ranked Florida Gators. You can listen to this game live on KSMO Radio with coverage starting at 7:00.

The Kansas City Chiefs will be in Las Vegas Sunday afternoon to finish the season against the Raiders at 3:25.
