The Salem Lady Basketball Tigers will play the St. Francis Borgia Lady Knights today at 5:30 in the Consolation Championship at the People’s Bank Holiday Tournament in Sullivan. The Lady Tigers enter play with a 5-2 record on the year.

The Missouri Basketball Tigers game Friday vs. Prairie View A&M has been cancelled due to COVID-19 issues within the Panthers’ program. Missouri will play Bradley next Tuesday at 5:30 on KSMO Radio. Missouri is 5-0 on the season.

The Missouri Football Tigers final regular season game will be Saturday afternoon against Mississippi State starting at 2:30. Missouri is 5-4 going into the game. You can hear the game on KSMO Radio.

After 15 seasons and more than 1,000 NHL games, St. Louis Blues forward Alexander Steen is calling it a career. He announced his retirement as a player on Thursday due to a back injury he sustained during the 2019-20 season that has left him with degenerating and herniated disks in the lumbar region. Steen recorded 245 goals and 377 assists (454 points) in a 15-season career that included a Stanley Cup championship with the Blues in 2019.
