Funeral services for Amelia “Mickey” Mae Knight of Salem, age 96, will be today at 1:00 at the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel. Visitation will be from 11:00 this morning until service time. Burial will be in the North Lawn Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Salem Care Center Christmas Fund.

Funeral services for Martha Sue Schafer, of Salem, age 83 will be held Thursday afternoon at noon in the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel. Visitation will be Thursday morning from 10:00 until time of service. Burial will be in North Lawn Cemetery.

A memorial service for Katie Elizabeth Cottrell of Seymour, age 97 will be held Saturday morning at 11:00 in the Cherryville Baptist Cemetery in Cherryville. Visitation will be Saturday morning from 10:00 until time of service. Inurnment will be in Cherryville Baptist Cemetery. All arrangements are under the care and direction of Britton-Bennett Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Mabel Grace Hughes of St. James, age 99, will be held Saturday at 1:00 at the James and Gahr Chapel in St. James. Interment will be in the St. James Cemetery.
