Funeral services for James Marcus Marlin of Salem, age 85, will be held Thursday at 1:00 at the Salem Chapel of James and Gahr Mortuary. Visitation will be held 6:00 to 8:00 tonight. Interment will be in the Cedar Grove Cemetery.

Funeral services for Dale Southworth of Dixon, age 69, will be held Friday morning at 10:00 at the Salem Chapel of James and Gahr Mortuary. Visitation will be from 9:00 until service time Friday. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for funeral expenses.

Funeral services for Judith Ann “Judy” Elgin of Salem, age 68, will be held Friday at 12:00 at the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel. Visitation will be from 11:00 until time of service. Interment will be in the Cedar Grove Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Funeral services for Alfred Lloyd Abney Sr. of Steelville, age 89, will be held Friday at 1:00 at the Wilson Mortuary Viburnum Chapel. Interment will be in the Czar Cemetery.  Memorials are suggested to the Czar Cemetery.
