Obituaries – Tuesday, December 19th, 2023

Funeral services for Olieta Edwards of Tulsa, Oklahoma, formally of Salem, age 91, will be held at 11:00 this morning in the Salem Chapel of the James and Gahr Mortuary. Visitation will be held from 10:00 until service time. Memorials may be made to your favorite charity or church. Interment will be in the North Lawn Cemetery.

Visitation for Lois Amburn of Raymondville, age 77, will be held on this afternoon from 4:00 until 7:00 at Fox Funeral Home in Licking.

A Celebration of Life for David Leon Avery of Salem, age 70 will be Wednesday evening at 6:30 at Big Rock Candy Mountain. All of the arrangements are under the direction of the Wilson Mortuary of Salem.

Funeral services for Earnest Hunter of Salem, age 90, will be Thursday at 11:00 at the Salem Chapel of James & Gahr. Visitation will be prior to the service starting at 9:00. Interment will be in the Green Forest Cemetery.

Graveside Services for Richard Lynn Eckert of Jerome, age 81, will be Thursday at 11:00 at the Schwieder Cemetery Steelville. Arrangements are under the direction of the Britton-Bennett Funeral Home.
