Obituaries – Thursday, March 25th, 2021

Funeral services for Richard “Rick” Charles Maddox of Salem, age 57, will be held at noon on Friday in the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel. Visitation will be held from 11:00 until service time Friday at noon. Burial will be in the Miner Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Friday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 for Charles Elbert Morton, age 86, of Salem. All the arrangements are under the direction of the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel.

Memorial services for Gary Earl Hollis of Brinktown, age 70, will be held on Saturday morning at 11:00 at the Vienna United Methodist Church with visitation from 9:00 until service time at the church. All the arrangements are under the direction of the Jams and Gahr Mortuary of Rolla.

Funeral services for Bonnie Kay McKay of St. James, age 68, will be held at 1:00 on Monday afternoon in the St. James Chapel of the James and Gahr Mortuary. Visitation will be held from 11:00 until service time. Interment will be at the Hickory Grove Cemetery.

Memorial services for Austin Michael Davidson-Sutphen formerly of St. James, age 27, will be Monday at 12:00 noon at the Rolla Chapel of James & Gahr Mortuary. Visitation will also be Monday from 11:00 until service time. Memorials are suggested to the Russell House.

Funeral services for George Flint of Salem, age 87, will be Tuesday at 11:00 with military honors to follow at the James & Gahr Mortuary Salem Chapel. Visitation will be Monday evening from 5:00 until 7:00. Interment will be at the Cedar Grove Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to The American Legion Post #99 or the charity of choice.

A celebration of life service for Dr. Bob Carnett of Salem, age 82, will be held Thursday evening, April 1st at 7:00 at the James and Gahr Mortuary in Salem. Visitation will be from 3:00 until service time. Interment will be in the North Lawn Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the DCAWS.

Private family funeral services for Danny James Lato of Salem, age 29, will be held later. All the arrangements are under the direction of Wilson Mortuary of Salem.

A private funeral service for Helen Pauline Wallis of Rolla, age 77, will be held at a later date in Colorado. All the arrangements are under the direction of the James and Gahr Mortuary in Rolla.
