Obituaries – Thursday, July 11th, 2019

Funeral services for John L. Schafer of Salem, age 95, will be Saturday at 11:00 at the James and Gahr Chapel in Salem. Visitation will be Friday from 5:00 until 7:00 at the Chapel. Interment will be at the Green Forest Cemetery with full Military Honors.

Funeral services for Brenda Mae Curley of Salem, age 60, will be held Saturday morning at 11:00 at the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel. Visitation will be Saturday morning from 10:00 until service time. Burial will be at the Mount Hermon Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Shriners’ Hospital for Children.

Funeral services for Clyde Junior Hyde of Salem, age 71, will be Saturday at 2:30 at the Salem Chapel of Wilson Mortuary. Visitation will be Saturday from 1:30 until service time. Burial will be in the Round Pond Cemetery.

Funeral services for Raymond Vincent Underwood Jr. of Salem, age 90, will be held Monday at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 11:00 in the morning. Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00 to 7:00 at the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel. Burial will be in the Cedar Grove Cemetery with military honors. Memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital or the Sacred Heart Southern Missions.

Services for Nadine May Sipley of Salem, age 70, will be held at a later date. All the arrangements are under direction of the James & Gahr Mortuary of Salem.
