Funeral services for Lindel Valerie Asher of Steelville, age 80, will be held at 2:00 Tuesday afternoon at the Britton-Bennett Funeral Home in Steelville. Visitation will be from 11:00 Tuesday morning until service time. Interment will be in the Steelville Cemetery.
Funeral services for Wayne Williams of Salem, age 89, will be held at 10:30 Wednesday morning at the Salem Church of Christ on 19 South. Visitation will be held from 5:30 until 7:00 Tuesday evening at the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel. A Celebration of Life through Music will be held starting at 6:30 Tuesday night performed by good friends. Burial with Full Military Honors will be in the Cedar Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cultural Resource Center in care of Tana Kettner.
Funeral services for Alvin Drennen, Sr. of Edgar Springs will be Thursday at 1:00 at the Fox Funeral Home in Licking. Visitation will also be Thursday from 11:00 until service time. Interment will be at the Concord Cemetery.
Funeral services for Julia “Betty” Elizabeth Decker, age 89, of Salem will be Friday at 1:00 at the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel. Visitation will also be Friday from 11:00 until service time. Burial will be in the Cedar Grove Cemetery.
Richard Wind of Salem passed away Friday, August 25th at the age of 61. Richard requested that he be cremated and the family will have a private service. All the arrangements are under the direction of the James & Gahr Mortuary of Salem.
