Funeral Services for Shelia Fern (Moore) Blackwell, age 79, of Salem will be held at 2:00 Sunday afternoon in the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel. Burial to follow in the Jadwin Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 Saturday afternoon until 6:00 in the chapel. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Shelia Blackwell Scholarship Fund.
