Obituaries – Friday, April 1st, 2022

Funeral services for Larry George Shadle of Salem, age 87, will be held this morning at 11:00 in the morning at the Salem Lutheran Church. Visitation will also be from 10:00 in the morning until time of service. Burial with Military Honors will be held at 2:00 this afternoon in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery Waynesville. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lutheran World Relief or Parkinson’s Foundation. All arrangements are under the direction of the Wilson Mortuary.

Funeral services for Adam Yount of Steelville, age 42, will be held this morning at 11:00 at the Britton-Bennett Funeral Home in Steelville. Interment will be in a family cemetery in Potosi.

Funeral services for Glenna Mae Jennings of Salem, age 80, will be at 1:00 Saturday afternoon in the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until service time Saturday. Burial will be in the Smith Cemetery.

Graveside services for Ollie Sumpter of Black, age 63, will be Sunday at 1:00 at the Pump Cemetery in Bixby. Arrangements are under the direction of the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel.

A funeral mass for Sara Farmer of Steelville, age 90, will be at 11:00 Tuesday morning at 11:00 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Steelville. Visitation will be Tuesday morning from: 9:00 until service time at the church. Interment will be at 2:00 at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery at Ft. Leonard Wood. Memorials may be to the American Heart Association or Steelville Food Pantry. All the arrangements are under the direction of the Britton-Bennett Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Rebecca Arlene Hart Hull of Newburg, age 88, will be Friday morning April 8 at 11:00 at the Rolla Chapel of the James and Gahr Mortuary. Visitation will be held Thursday evening 5:00-7:00 at the Rolla Chapel of the James and Gahr Mortuary. Interment will be in High Gate Baptist Cemetery.

Memorial Services for Gary Lee Hanning of Salem, age 81, will be at 11:00 Saturday morning, April 9th, in the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel. Visitation will be from 10:00 until service time Saturday, April 9th. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Oak Grove Baptist Church.

Funeral services for Kim Shree Mounce of Salem, age 60, are incomplete and will be announced at a later date. All the arrangements are under the direction of the Wilson Mortuary of Salem.
