Lucas Morrison scored 21 points and pulled down 11 rebounds as the Salem Tigers had a 19 point halftime lead over West Plains, only to have the Zizzers go on a second half tear and miss a late game winning shot as Salem hung on to win, 59-58. Carter Chilton and Reese Dodson each had 12 points for Salem who is 3-2 on the year and will play St. James Friday night.

Alex Pietrangelo scored his 100th goal and Troy Brouwer scored his first goal since returning to St. Louis, but the Buffalo Sabres beat the Blues on Tuesday in Buffalo, 5-2. The Blues will be home to face the Las Vegas Golden Knights Thursday starting at 6:30 on KSMO Radio.
