Obituaries – Monday, August 4th 2025

Funeral services for Charlotte Kay Hollandsworth of O’Fallon, formerly of Salem, age 83, will be at 12:00 noon today in the Salem Chapel of James & Gahr Mortuary. Visitation will start at 11:00. Interment will be at the Northlawn Cemetery.

Funeral Services for Jessie Schafer will be held at 1:00 Tuesday afternoon, in the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel. Visitation will be held from 11:00 in the morning until service time in Chapel. Burial to follow in the Green Forest Cemetery.

A memorial service for June Marie Dodd Vickery of Columbia, Missouri, age 92, will be held at 3:30 Saturday, August 16th, in the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel. Visitation will be from 2:00 until time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to the Dent County Museum. Cards are available and all the arrangements are under the direction of the Wilson Mortuary of Salem.

Celebration of Life services for Timothy “Tim” Wayne Crocker of Salem, age 68, will be held and announced at a later time. Arrangements are under the direction of the Wilson Mortuary Salem Chapel.
