The St. Louis Cardinals selected Liam Doyle from Tennessee as their first overall pick in this year’s Major League Baseball Draft and the Kansas City Royals selected Sean Gamble out of IMG Academy in Florida.

The MLB is currently on their All-Star Break, the All-Star Game will be held tonight in Atlanta’s Truist Park with first pitch at 7:00. Maikel Garcia, Kris Bubic, Carlos Estevez and Bobby Witt Jr. of the Kansas City Royals each qualified for the American League team while Brendan Donovan was the lone St. Louis Cardinal that qualified for the National League team.
