The Missouri Football Tigers lost to Tennessee Saturday in SEC Conference play, 66-24. Missouri is now 4-6 overall and 2-5 in the SEC Conference. The Tigers will host the New Mexico State Aggies Saturday evening at 6:30 at Faurot Field. The game will NOT be heard on KSMO due to St. Louis Blues hockey.

The Missouri Basketball Tigers beat the Penn Quakers Friday night, 92-85 as Noah Carter scored 28 points to lead Missouri. Then Sunday afternoon, Missouri dominated the Lindenwood Lions and won handily, 82-53. Kobe Brown had 15 points followed by Noah Carter with 14 as the Tigers improve to 3-0 on the year. The Tigers will host the SIU Edwardsville Cougars Tuesday Night and you can hear the game on KSMO at 6:30.

The St. Louis Blues scored two goals in 39 seconds in the 2nd period, then hung on to beat the Las Vegas Golden Knights Saturday night in Las Vegas, 3-2. Ryan O’Reilly netted the game winner right after Ivan Barbashev tied the game in the middle stanza. Brendan Saad also scored for St. Louis as the Blues will be in Colorado to face the Avalanche tonight at 8:00. You can hear the game on KSMO Radio starting at 7:30.

It was announced Friday that St. Louis Cardinals third baseman Nolan Arenado captured the Rawlings’ Platinum Glove Award for the sixth consecutive year in the National League.
