The Salem Lady Softball Tigers games with St. James scheduled today and the game with Alton scheduled for Thursday have been postponed due to the team being quarantined from COVID.

The St. Louis Cardinal and Cincinnati Reds game for Tuesday was postponed due to the remnants of Hurricane Ida. The Cards and Reds will play a split doubleheader starting with the first game at 11:15 followed by the second game at 4:45. Both games can be heard on KSMO Radio.

The Kansas City Royals lost the first of their 3 game series against the Cleveland Indians tonight at home 7-2 on only 5 hits. The Royals and Indians play again tonight in Kansas City.
