Registration for the City of Salem Youth Basketball League for boys and girls from Kindergarten through 6th grade is going on now at the Salem Community Center@The Armory and at the City Administrative offices. Carl Gunnerson’s goal in the 2nd period proved to be the game winner as the St. Louis Blues remain unbeaten on home ice as they defeat the LA Kings, 4-2. Jaden Schwartz, Vladimir Sabotka and Vladimir Tarasenko scored for St. Louis who will host Philadelphia Thursday at 7:00 on KSMO Radio.

Marcus Peters returned a fumble 45 yards for a touchdown and Kansas City beat the turnover-prone Denver Broncos 29-19 on Monday night. The Chiefs will face Dallas Sunday.
