The Salem Basketball Tigers led Rolla after one quarter of play, 19-14, but the Bulldogs took the lead at half by six before totally dominating the second half en route to a 77-40 win. Salem was led in scoring by Cody Rictor and Lawson Toman who each had nine points. Salem falls to 4-11 on the year and they will face the Licking Wildcats tonight starting at 7:30 on KSMO Radio and online at ksmoradio.com.

The Salem Lady Basketball Tigers earned their first SCA win with a convincing57-29 win over the Mountain Grove Lady Panthers. Baylee Bilyou led Salem with 14 points, four rebounds and four blocks while Bailey Martin added 11 points and pulled down eight rebounds. Also scoring 11 points for Salem was Michaela Chilton. Salem is now 6-9 on the year and 1-2 in the SCA Conference. The Lady Tigers will be at Licking in the Lady Cat Classic Friday night.

Kevin Puryear scored 12 points and had 10 rebounds to lead Missouri to a 59-55 win over Tennessee Wednesday night. Missouri is 3-2 in the SCA Conference and 13-5 overall. Missouri will be at Texas A&M Saturday at 2:30.

The St. Louis Blues will be at Ottawa tonight and the game can be heard after the Salem Basketball game at about 9:00 on KSMO.
