The Salem Football Tigers scored 21 second quarter points and the defense forced four turnovers as the Salem Tigers shutout Dexter Friday night at the SHS Football Field by the score of 38-0. Chandler Gray ran for one touchdown, caught a screen pass for another and threw a touchdown pass to Lawson Toman. Cameron Camden scored a rushing touchdown, recovered a bad snap around the 11-yard line and scored in the 4th quarter, plus threw a touchdown pass and intercepted a pass. Nick Holliday added a 32-yard field goal for the Tigers who will be on the road at Kennett Friday night in the Class 3, District 1 Semi-Final. The cost of admission to the game is $7.00 for everyone. Junior quarterback Drew Lock threw six touchdown passes — three to freshman tight end Albert Okwuegbunam — and Missouri snapped a five-game losing streak with a 68-21 victory over Idaho on Homecoming weekend in Columbia on Saturday. Okwuegbunam’s touchdowns all came in the first quarter as the Tigers established school records for points in a quarter en route to a 34-7 lead after one period and 51 in a half. Lock was 23 of 33 for 467 yards with 371 yards before intermission as Missouri shredded a Vandals pass defense that entered No. 6 in the nation at 162.3 yards allowed. The Tigers finished with 660 total yards. Missouri will be at Connecticut Saturday afternoon at 5:30 Saturday. Missouri is 2-5 on the season.

The Missouri Basketball Tigers and the Kansas Jayhawks matched up Sunday afternoon for the Show Down for Hurricane Relief exhibition game in Kansas City that helped raise almost two millions dollars. Kansas won the game, 93-87.

William Karlsson slapped in a Reilly Smith pass with 23.8 seconds left in overtime to give Vegas Golden Knights a 3-2 victory over the St. Louis Blues before a sellout crowd of 17,883 at T-Mobile Arena on Saturday night. Magnus Paajarvi and Alex Pietrangelo scored for St. Louis (6-2-1), which fell into a tie for first place in the Central Division with Chicago. Jake Allen had 19 saves in goal for the Blues, who had a two-game win streak snapped. The Blues return home to face Calgary on Wednesday night.
